Can we hire our own vendors?
Absolutely! While we have a list of trusted vendors we highly recommend, you are always welcome to hire your own vendors to best fit your vision and preferences. We’re happy to coordinate with your chosen vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day!
Do you recommend buying alcohol through a vendor or myself?
We recommend that you purchase your own alcohol to save on costs, but buying alcohol through vendors is always welcome. We’re happy to provide recommendations on how much to buy based on your guest count to ensure you have plenty for your celebration. All alcohol must be brought to the venue during the rehearsal prior to the wedding, so we can properly store and prepare for your event. If you have any questions or need guidance on quantities, we’re here to help!
How much does it cost to hire a vendor through you?
All of our vendors work directly with the venue to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your wedding day. Their fees are already included in the pricing we’ve discussed and are managed through Garden of Eden Weddings. This allows us to coordinate every detail efficiently, so you can focus on enjoying your special day without any additional vendor arrangements. If you have any questions about our vendor partnerships, we’re happy to assist!
Can we bring in our own catering?
Yes, we do allow outside food vendors! We understand that every couple has unique preferences, and we want to ensure your wedding reflects your vision. If you choose to bring in an outside food vendor, we kindly ask that they coordinate with us in advance to ensure a smooth setup and service. We’re happy to assist with any logistics to make your day as seamless as possible!
What if our guests have specific dietary restrictions?
As part of our menu planning process, we take the time to gather any special dietary needs to ensure that all of your guests are accommodated. Whether you need vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or other allergy-friendly options, we work with our catering team to create a delicious and inclusive menu for everyone to enjoy. Your guests' comfort and experience are important to us, and we’re happy to customize meal options to meet their needs.
Do you have any suggestions on vendors for my event?
Yes! We have a curated list of preferred photographers and DJs that we work with regularly, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for your wedding. While you are welcome to hire your own vendors, our recommended professionals often provide more cost-effective options when booked through us. Additionally, some of our preferred DJs offer a photo booth as an optional perk, adding an extra fun element to your celebration. We’re happy to discuss your options and help you find the best fit for your special day!
I found a venue that I love that is not offered through you, can you still help me?
Yes! We would love to work with a venue you’ve personally chosen. We can still provide all the services included in our packages and tailor them to fit your specific needs based on what your venue offers. To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for open communication with your venue so we can coordinate all details smoothly.
